Calling all our folks in Australia! Is there a theatre in Canberra that has family friendly shows? One of our long standing subscribers is moving and hoping to find something similiar to COCA near Canberra. She's looking for family shows and dance/art classes. They would probably drive into Sydney if there was a great series there too. I figured if this existed our Tessi team would know about it. Thanks for your advice!

The main theatre in Canberra is the Canberra Theatre Centre.
There are two theatre companies for young people that I know of: Jigsaw and Canberra Youth Theatre.
I don't know a great deal about dance/art classes but the artsACT (the state government funding body) outlines the arts organisations that it funds at their site.
In Sydney, I can recommend our Kids at the House program and Australian Theatre for Young People. Monkey Baa also do some wonderful work.
