Adding Special Request Recepient to the Printed Ticket Header

So once upon a time we had a custom way of having the person picking up the tickets from will call be printed on the ticket header along with the actual patron who owns the tickets - now with the new version I am trying to use the actual special request recepient field. In order to do so, does anyone know if there is an existing ticket element for it or how it can be added in the custom fields.

  • There are few other options in addition to Order Special Requests - you can add a custom field to the "Custom Data" tab within the ticket order and have the ticket design pull that for the header. I've also seen others use the notes field within the order and have the ticket design pull the note line of text.  This could present a problem if you use notes for other purposes.  Every extra step adds time to the order so one field for entering a line of text might be quicker that the special request.
