I feel like this should be easier, but I've exhaisted all my internal options. Hoping one of you all have run into this as well and I am just over looking something.
Selection:
Within the Cumulative Ticket Sales Widget, I can't seem to figure out the sort order for the events. We have 6 shows in our BWY season as well as 4 specials. I've selected the 12-13 season, filtered on the production season and include only the production seasons from the 12-13 season. The Total/Variance selection does not affect the results at all.
Results:
Every show is populating properly with information and shows either tickets or sales in relation to budget as it should.
Problem:
The sort order doesn't make any sense. There is really no rhyme or reason as to how the shows are listed. It's vaguely sorting by amount sold from least to greatest, but it's not exact. Percentages will go in order for a few shows and then jump out of whack: (in percentages sold) 2, 4, 7, 8, 3, 12, 9, 10, 14, 15, etc.
I see no options anywhere in the widget setup to alter sort order.
Hopefully this makes sense and someone else has come across this.

This is a known bug in this widget. It currently sorts past performances by perf date, but not future performances. It should be sorting all performances by perf dt. We are addressing this in the application, and plan to release a new version sometime later this fall.
