We're moving to an all Will-Call model for our upcoming season, for a variety of reasons. There are, to us, many benefits of doing this, but one pretty severe Tess-based drawback: the inability to exchange elements within a fixed seat package while the "St" in Sub Line Items in a Ticketing Order reads SPD (Seated, Paid). To exchange for a single performance, we would need to print those tickets to a Null printer, then perform the exchange.
Have any of you enterprising ticketing folk who have moved to an all Will-Call model adapted to this Tess behavior in a different way? I'm eager to know what they might be.
