Is there a simple report or list criteria I can use to track the Event Description in Order History.
We have a part time will-caller that has been accidentally transferring subscriptions by selecting a new constituent while working in the original order and transferring the order to the next constituent's record.
We're only finding these instances after there has been a problem so I'm looking for a way to search for all constituents or orders with the Event Description of "Transferred" so we can catch these accidents before they become bigger problems for our subscribers.
The option on the table is going through his past batches and looking through each order, but I'm hoping there's a less time consuming method.
Thanks in advance.
Could your DBA write a query to run to avoid looking at individual orders?
No DBA to speak of but we're on Ramp so if there's isn't an easier fix, I can run it by them. Thanks.
You could create some List Manager fields on the T_ORDER_SEAT_HIST table for event_date, event_code, and user_id to select the customer’s whose orders were transferred during a certain date range by a specific user. That should identify them.
