Hello Friends. I am attempting to clean up some things from the past via Production Elements.Namely, changing some production seasons to something that works a little better for our organization. Is there a way to view productions that have expired and disappeared from Production Elements?Also, where is it set up that things in Production Elements expire? Thank you. -David

If I am understanding the question correctly, down at the bottom of the page you will see a checkbox titled Current Only. If you uncheck that box you should see all the past productions as well.I believe what is hidden is dictated by if the season is inactivated in the system table TR_SEASON.
Be sure to do some investigation before you make any updates to your past productions. In the very least you will probably need to go and update your ticket history as well. I'd open a TASK ticket to ensure that you are not missing anything important making those changes.
