Here at Sydney Opera House, our membership offering is in its infancy and we're keen to learn more about the experiences of other organisations with established programs.
We offer two membership options: $110 for a one-year membership and $280 for a three-year membership. Membership gives you access to priority booking, ticket discounts on most shows (but not all), food and beverage discounts, and no booking fees.
As a venue, we don't have a subscription offering and membership does not include tickets.
We were wondering if those of you with membership programs that do not include a ticket component would mind sharing the kinds of benefits that you offer, what your average churn/retention rates are, and any other fun things that you've learned along the way.
