We've just converted to V11 and the drop down arrows on the Product Catalog that show up when there are more than three events on a day are not showing up on the third week of the calendar. It does show up on the other 5 weeks, but not the 3rd week. This happens for every month in the catalog. I have double checked that there are more than three performances on these dates. Has anyone ran into this issue? What am I missing?

We had the arrows disappear randomly after one of the patch updates. I had to remove all the old Tessitura files on the client machine and resync the system to get the issue corrected.
I would recommend opening a trouble ticket to make sure that you have all the correct files that you need.
I think there is a hotfix out there in the TASK support area for this - and is most likely rolled up into the 11.0.4 patch.
