Can a Super Package also be a flex package?
We have different facilities and we want to offer our patrons a way to "choose your own" concerts from different facilities and have the revenue go towards subscriptions. Is this just a flex package or a (pardon my lack of knowledge) a Super Flex Package?
Thank you,
Jena
Jena,
It’s just a Flex package if I remember correctly (it’s been a while since I’ve done set up). I’ll send you a website separately to look at for an org that has choose your own packages in multiple facilities.
Teresa
Reena,
We have been using Super Packages at Yale Rep since 2005 and set up 22 of these each year. They are a little tedious and you should plan on 3x longer package set up (if you have 2 venues) but are pretty simple. When rolling them over, just remember you have to do the rollover for each package in each venue before the Super Package is complete. If you run into any issues are have any questions, please feel free to call or email offline at janna.ellis@yale.edu.
Thanks,

We are in the process of working on super packages this year and I'm wondering if any one out here on the forums has any tales to tell about what worked well for them. Any pitfalls that you encountered? How the rollover worked for you the year after super packages. How much work was involved initially? How it affected your box office staff etc. Really any advice that you have would be helpful.
Thanks!
