So I'm trying to change the default delivery method for one of our MOS to only be one type (so as not to add an unnecessary fee)
I have updated the MOS in TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD to only specify one delivery method but when I test it, 2 delivery methods still appear and default to the wrong one!
Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated!

The default delivery method for a mode of sale resides in the MOS setup tab in Campaigns/References. If you update the default delivery method there, then you should be good to go since the system table is already updated.

As far as why two delivery methods show up, here is a snippet from the TX_MOS_SHIP_METHOD documentation that covers that."The system default ship method (ID -1 Hold at Box Office) and the default ship method for a mode of sale are always valid, regardless of whether or not they are associated with a mode of sale in this table, however it is a best practice to associate the default delivery method so that when there are changes to the default setting in the mode of sale the delivery method is still available."
