Just wondering if anyone has had trouble getting the image sizes right in the Ticket Design section?
Ive been sent an image to use for some of our shows as part of a festival, after converting it to 1bit monochrome and changing the file to a .pcx, putting it in the right path etc. I can now get a graphic box in the design section.
However its coming up really narrow and changing the character height/width dimensions only goes so far... I have tried resizing it before converting it, anything up 75% is narrow anything above that does not show up at all.
Im opening these as JPGs and saving as 1bit monochrome in MS Paint (the only graphics program available to me)
Any tips and help on this one would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Lachlan,
We use IrfanView to convert our images into PCX format (using the batch conversion functionality). It's freeware and does the job really well - also giving you the ability to resize when you convert.
