Hello, this is my first use of this forum as we are new to Tessitura.
I need to change a zone on a fixed package that I have already rolled over. Here are the steps I have taken so far:
I removed the seats from the affected sections.
Updated the zone in season manager for all the events in my package.
I asked systems to run UP_UPDATE_COMP_MAPS
I then attemped to put the seats back into the patron accounts but the zone map has not changed.
Any help would be appreicated. Is this a ticket issue?

Hi:You may have to re-set and re-run the rollover. There are likely more scripts to be run to affect the zones, but it might be easier to undo what you've done, set your zones and re-run the rollover.
