Under v10, both names would show up in the top part of the screen on the Merge page and if you selected one name that would be assumed to be the Keep ID and the other one would be the Delete ID. But now in v11 it only shows the one to be kept (presumably the one with the most recent customer ID).
The problem with that is that if the ID it wants to delete is part of a household, there's no easy way to switch around which one I'm keeping and which one I'm deleting. I have to manually type in the keep ID and delete ID.
Unless I'm missing something? Is there a quicker way of doing this? It's certainly a lot slower system than it used to be.
Actually, sorry, I've worked it out. It's a sort name issue. There were all these one-name only options at the top that weren't displayed with their counterpart because the sort name on the household put them in a different location than their single. I just need to sort through the list to find the other one further down. It's only happening with some of them, otherwise most of the records have the two listed one below the other. But all the single ones are at the top, thus why it confused me for a minute.
