I completed the 5.31 upgrade without updating the firmware on our MC55. When we scanned a ticket, this is the error received:
OnlineUpdateTicket – An error message cannot be displayed because an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found
The tickets show attended in Tessitura but it does not show as ok on the scanner.
