Deceased Constituent on Ticket Header

If a Constituent has an N1 & N2 (or A1 & A2 in V11) and one of the constituents in the household is deceased. (Status isDeceased) is it possible to surpress the printing of the deceased constituent in a household on the ticket header.

  • Do you print the Name or Salutation field?  If you use Salutations and update the salutation after marking the constituent deceased it should remove the name for printing.

  • I second what Boann said - but be sure to check TR_NAMESTATUS - the "Ignore For Sal" box needs to be checked for the Deceased status - otherwise the deceased constituent will still appear in the household name. (Ours was NOT checked, and become a somewhat painful v11 upgrade lesson for us...until we discovered this checkbox!)

    Thank you, Beth

We’re slowing implementing Tess and I wasn’t aware of this checkbox.

You helped eliminate some potential pain.
