We have our PAHT functionality all ready to go, but are in the process of designing the ticket PDF. Can anyone tell me which specs they used for their design that worked for them? what fields get auto-populated based on show, and what we need to provide? For example, would we simply have an outline of a blank rectangle "ticket" with our chosen logo graphic, and Tessitura would populate all of the ticket info?

We blatently "borrowed" from the 5th Ave theatre in making ours - but basically you want to think about all the "pretty" text and "instructional" text differently than actual ticket text.
You can then build a PDF background with your logo, perhaps information about getting to the theatre, fine print, etc. Then leave a blank box in that design for elements from your Tessitura ticket design.

Sure - happy to do so. You can make the box any size you want to. You have control in placing your ticket elements and sizing them, etc. So do what looks good to you. Or you can base it off ours and everyone in the Seattle arts scene will start having print at home that looks similar. Think of how easy it will be as a consumer. ;)
