Creating a Patron LIst

Are you trying to create a seating book?  Because that is an available report.  Otherwise, I usually create a list for a specific performance by using the criteria “Ticketing performance Code” = whichever code you’ve assigned to that specific performance.  For multiple performance, use “Ticketing Performance Code List” IN multiple show codes.

We are new to Tessitura and we cannot seem to figure out how to create a simple Patron list for different performances with simple criteria such as...Name, Seating Locations, Order #s, email addresses and phone numbers.

Does anyone know how this is done? We cannot believe it is not a report that is already prepared!! We have hundreds of performances per year and required patron lists with different criteria each time...

Anyone have any ideas?
