Creating a Patron LIst

We are new to Tessitura and we cannot seem to figure out how to create a simple Patron list for different performances with simple criteria such as...Name, Seating Locations, Order #s, email addresses and phone numbers.

Does anyone know how this is done? We cannot believe it is not a report that is already prepared!! We have hundreds of performances per year and required patron lists with different criteria each time...

Anyone have any ideas?

  • Are you trying to create a seating book?  Because that is an available report.  Otherwise, I usually create a list for a specific performance by using the criteria “Ticketing performance Code” = whichever code you’ve assigned to that specific performance.  For multiple performance, use “Ticketing Performance Code List” IN multiple show codes.

    We grabbed a customized Seating Book report off of TASK some time ago (your administrator can take care of that for you) which has a lot more detail including customer address...this should be easily further customized to include email address and phone number without too much trouble.

    Feel free to give me a call/direct email if you'd like a bit more guidance.
