Single Sale Order Listing Report

Hello,

I have schedule the above report to run daily.  After several months of zero paid/unseated orders which is what we're interested in keeping an eye on - we noticed that there were

several paid/unseated orders on a GA performance.   After deleting, rescheduling, and checking

the parameters many times I have noticed a peculiarity with the "Order End Date".   The date parameters I select are "Performance Date Start" 01/012009 "performance Date End" 31/12/2009 "Order Date Start" 01/01/2009 "Order Date end" 31/12/2009  - this works fine when run BUT when the scheduled report arrives the "Order Date End" reads 31/01/2009.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Cheers Darrell

  • What is the value of your report schedule parameter for Order Date End?

This would be different than what shows up in the report parameter window when running it in the foreground (in the application).

  • Hi Ryan

The value is the specific date 31/12/2009 - I have only used specific dates.

  • I would open a support ticket, as Sandra suggests, so that we can research this a bit further.
