First time this has come up for us.
We had a show built in the system. We sold, printed and returned a few tickets to proof. Then we found out that we had not been informed of pricing changes which are completely different than the original ones. It's the zone map that is the big difference. We already have a zone map and price maps that match the new pricing but we can't simply change the zone map in the performance build.
Is there a way to entirely change the zone map without manually doing it through season maintenance?
Hi Beth:
You'll need to delete all the price maps and associated price types from within the performance(s). All ticket must be returned in order to do that, but it sounds like you've done that.
Once the prices and price types are removed, you should be able to change the zone from the event setup.
Someone please give a loud shout if I've misunderstood Beth's dilemna.

Thanks for the response. We have definitely returned all of the tickets and removed all price maps/price types. But when we try to change the zone we get an error saying the zone can not be changed once seats have been sold (or something to that affect).
After some playing around and trying things in Test we ended up just copying the event (without pricing) and changing the zone in the new event. Then making the old one inactive and hiding it on the product calendar.
