Hi all,
Our Director of Ticket Services is beginning to seat Subscriptions, and in one of our two Facilities, when a seat in what should be Price Zone Orch A (on our legend 'C') is selected, the Zone description in the Order Details tab of the Order switches to Orchestra Pit (on our legend 'A'). This Zone actually won't be seated - it should be one row of kills.
In Facility Manager, the legend codes are correct - OrchPit, the front row, is marked with an A and Orch A, the next several rows, is denoted with a C.
I started to troubleshoot by disabling the OrchPit Zone in all Price Maps. When I tried reseating the order in the Orch A Zone (the second row) - I received the error "Price Type Not Valid for Selected Zone" - I'm assuming because I just disabled it.
I went into Season Maintenance and searched for all Perfs and Packages in this Facility this season. Under the Price Zones > View Map tab (the default for all performances, not a specific performance), the legend is incorrect - A (denoting OrchPit) is coded through the first 5+ rows.
I'm hoping rezoning via Season Maintenance will allow us to seat... But why would the Facility when accessed through Facility Manager display a different zone legend than the Facility when accessed through Season Maintenance?
This is only happening for the two performances in the one Facility - the rest of the package seats correctly.

It sounds like you might have a different zone map for these performances. Check ticketing setup for the perfromance to see what zone map it is using, then check that zone map in facility manager.
Thanks BoAnn. Once I adjusted the Zone Map in the Facility, the changes our Ticketing dept made in Season Maintenance began taking hold..
Can't be sure that was it as it seems it was just generally set up improperly, but at least it's working now...
