We have a situation where a customer's name has an accent mark over an e. Its correct when you pull up their account, but when we print the ticket header with her name on it the e turns into a U with the accent mark over it. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Here's another forum thread about special characters in a ticket. You might want to check the font on your ticket template and the properties for the printer.
