Check Name Adjustments

You can’t edit the check name after the payment has been saved.  I would recommend to make an adjusting payment using the check payment method.  Enter a negative offsetting payment for check (use the incorrect name or a note indicating the adjustment), then enter a new payment with the proper check name.
