I have a pretty basic question that I'm sure someone out there knows the answer to.
Today I had someone call me up to let me know they are interested in one of our events in 2010. We haven't decided on dates, nor have we built the event in Tessitura yet.
How can I code the individual in Tessitura so that when we have planned all the details we can send out some information to them. I was thinking this might be something that might fall under attributes or interests but thought I'd ask first.

Hi Natasha,
I would recommend using Customer Service Issues for this purpose. You can then pull reports of folks who have the specific Activity Type you're looking for, send them out the information and then close the CSI.
We use these for all types of information requests and they work beautifully.
