Concurrent Price Maps

Hi All,

Is there a way to have two Price Maps run concurrently for one Price Type? I have tied two Price Maps to the same Price Type before, but they did not run at the same time (once one ended, the other began). We are trying to have a ticket price where the money goes to two different GL accounts.

Working in our Test system, I set up the Price Maps to run at the same time for a Price Type. When I go to add a seat to my cart I see the correct price when I hover over a seat but when I click the seat,  I get a Seat Reservation Failed message that reads “Seat not found in performance; seat_no 40347; perf_no: 2560”. If I try to select seats in a different performance (that doesn’t have the two Price Maps tied to one Price Type), I get the same message with the added line of “; seat_status: 13”.

  • Yes you can have 2 price maps concurrently.

Perhaps that error is a facility map issue.  You might want to submit a help ticket.
