Is there a way that I can identify orders by the source code and campaign? I have orders for my 2013 campaign showing up with 2012 appeals. Is there a report or way I can identify which orders these are?

You can make a list in List Manager. We have a folder called "Promotions" with the options "Promotion Appeal" and "Promotion Source Code" which are both useful. I don't know, however, if this is an out-of-the-box list criteria or a custom one.
