Hi everyone,
It’s a bit of a shot in the dark, but I was wondering if there exists a list of all the standard TStats attributes, their definitions and standard ‘when do I use it’ cases? It looks like it’s going to be necessary for me to create something like this, but didn’t want to reinvent the wheel… If anyone has anything they’d be willing to share, or knows where it exists and could point me in the correct direction, I’d be super-appreciative!
Cheers,
Kathleen
Kathleen,
Have you taken a look at the appendix in the T-Stats user guide? It lists each field, and gives a simple definition. It might work, or could serve as a starting point for you.
Here's a link to the guide for T-Stats 3.0. There are some minor changes to the fields between 2.0 and 3.0.

Hi Kathleen,
As a start, check out the T-Stats User Guide Appendix. You'll find a list of every T-Stats Measure and Attribute in each Cube. That might meet your list and definition needs, but for 'when do I use it' cases, the recipe books are typically the best place to start:
Beyond these sort of standard starting places, some organizations create additional Internal Recipe Books that incorporate their business practices. For example, you might include Resold Seats in T-Stats, but your typical business practice is to almost always filter them out. So your internal recipes for the Tickets or Seats cubes might all start with, "Step 1, add [Ticket Order Detail].[Resold Status] to the Filter/Slicer and filter to only include "Not Resold".
Hope that helps, but don't hesitate to ask for more detail about any specific attribute or measure.Best,Chris
