A member of our team who has now left set up a show and put a restriction on printing out tickets for the event. I now want to post out the tickets but cannot figure out how to change the setting back to normal (so I can run a batch print for this event). The show appears on the list when I go in to Batch Ticket Printing but nothing comes up when I try to view the orders that need printing. This only applies to the tickets which are set to Delivery Method 'Post'. I can batch print the ticket left 'Hold at Box Office' so I think the restriction has been put on a specific delivery method for a specific show.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

There is a Printing checkbox on the Mode of Sale tab in performance and package setup. When unchecked you can not print that performance or package.
