Our organization is part of a ticket consortium in Omaha and we recently upgraded to v11. I am now trying to generate a subscriber list that I can export to excel. I had been creating the list in List Manager, then using the report under Labels and Letters "User Defined Format from a List" to create mailing labels. Once I had created the mailing labels, it would give me the option under the file link to "save" or "save as" in whatever format I needed. Now when I try this, the "save" button is grayed out and there is no longer "save as" as an option. Can someone please advise me if there is way to do this in v11?

Hi Lanelle,
We noticed the same issue when we upgraded our test system recently.
The save option has moved from the File drop down menu to the Reports drop down menu.
