We're attempting to print logos on our tickets. We've created monochrome pcx images and it looks like the correct settings are in T_DEFAULTS, the only problem is the logos aren't appearing on the tickets. I'm inclined to believe this is something to do with the BOCA printers as we're using fairly old Micro printers.
Has anyone else managed to print logos using Micros? And, if so, please can you give us any pointers?

I would imagine that you only have the standard FGL26 on those printers, I think this is what they ship with unless you request the upgrade to FGL46
FGL26 is the standard and only supports logos in FGL mode, for PCX logos you need the upgrade to FGL46 which gives access to the 128k memory required for logos and fonts in both FGL and PCX.
You can purchase an upgrade license, to enable the flash memory and the other features of FGL46. I would contact your BOCA supplier to find costings for this, you usually need to let them know the serial numbers for the BOCA's and they can then send out the firmware to you to update the BOCA's to FGL46.
