A "newbe" here.
Have place seats on hold already package and singles about a month ago.
Went live today and discovered need to place more in a hold statues.
Hold code map shows on hold with lettering system B,S P... However does not transfer over to sales maps.
Need a quick help here and thanks much! =)

When you look at the seat map, you’ll see a few tabs below the four main tables (Seat Types, Price Zones, Best Seating, Sections, Allocations, Holds). Go to Holds, and you’ll see the codes there.

Hi Mike!
Are you adding holds to performances using Season Maintenance? If you are you need to make sure you're applying to the temporary map to the shows after you've finished adding your holds.
So you should be adding the holds then going back to the "Apply Maps" tab, then making sure you have the Temporary Map selected, choose your end date and replace option and finally hit Apply.
