We are using 17inch monitors and in order to have Version 10 Tessitura working we have had the following screen settings:1024 x 768 resolution, 125% font size in windows, and Clear Type Text off (in order for vertical lines to appear on the seat map!)
With version 11 these settings don't work, we have tried to find an alternative and although we can get the seatmap optimized in Tessitura this causes issues with our other applications!
Does anybody have a solution, please?

v11.0.0.3 has a screen resolution setting under preferences that can be set individually by users. Try that setting and see what happens.

Thanks for your reply. We have tried using the Application Scaling but as we are having to change the windows font size to 100%, in all of the other applications, such as our telephone system, live chat, and emails, font sizes and interfaces appear a lot smaller!With the screen resolution at 1024 x 768 the text appears very 'blocky' unless clear type is on, however when clear type is on we lose the vertical lines between the seats on the seat map!
Has anyone else experienced these problems?
