The box office would have a much easier time going through the process of reserving and communicating with patrons about our Design Your Own (flex) packages if the selection screen could be reordered by date rather than by alphabetical order based on show name.
Is this possible? Anyone have a suggestion for an alternate solution?

If you want to sort the performance groups in a particular order, preface their descriptions with a number to establish the desired sort order.

We are looking to do this as well. Can you sort the performance in chronological order? They are showing on our website in alphabetical order which can be confusing for our patrons since their order form is by performance dance.

At one time, when this thread was first started, it was not possible to order the performance groups in a flex package. But now you can set the order of the performance groups within the package using the Up and Down buttons in the Groups in Package panel of the package setup. Within each performance group, performances should be listed chronologically, including on TNEW. If this is not the behavior you are seeing, I suggest opening a help ticket so the support staff can work with you to see what's going on.
