I would love to know how my Tessitura collegues have add SRO seats to existing venues and How they manage them on the web?

We have SRO seats in a separate screen and keep them held with a blacked out hold code so that they are not counted towards total capacity when not being used.(tip: adding text around the seats makes them easy to find)These are not available online and thus we have two sets of price maps (and price types), one for the web with the SRO zone disabled and one for internal use.
Thank you Ryan. That is pretty much what I had in mind but it is great to know it has worked for someone else before I try it. :)
