We are in the process of renewing all our subscription packages and are noticing the following:
When a subscriber is not renewing their subscription and the package order is cancelled, we are noticing that the House View Map in Season Manager still shows that these seats belong to certain constituent but the composite map when making a new order is correct and shows those seats available. Is there a reason for this? Are we missing a step when releasing the seats or does that one map not update like the other?
