I think for this you need to submit a regular support ticket in TASK and we will look into it for you.

Hello Tessiturians,

Our operators have been seeing a few error messages when they try to print out pre-booked ticket because the constituent that the order is inactive, because they have been merged with a duplicate after the order was made.

From the merging constituents documentation, I feel that the orders should be part of the merge, avoiding this kind of error. 

Has anyone else experienced something similar?
