We have encountered a problem that our gift certificate receipt option under the header to print them is no longer available. It was there about a month ago but now no longer is an option to print gift certificates. We have gone ahead and even built a new gift certificate ticket design and that has not generated a drop down either. When checking references for the gift certificates everything that we see on our end seems to be in order. We are just puzzled that the option has disappeared from the header drop down. Just want to know if this might have happened to anyone else and how it got resolved.If anyone has any insight on this issue and can help it will greatly be appreciated. Thanks so much.
