Hi Lindsey,

What if in addition to scanning tickets as people enter you also scanned tickets as the visitors exited? Would that give you the data you need to monitor actual availability?

Hi,

In the near future we have an all day event which customers will visit for a few hours and then leave. We use Nscan but cannot find a way of showing a real time attendance figure on the units in either monitor attendance or seat availability. The figure for attendance does not reflect those customers who have visited and left. Does any one have any ideas on how to achieve this?
