Because source codes seem to multiply like rabbits, our guest service ticket sellers are overwhelmed by their choices. Right now they see source codes for ticket promotions, membership promotions, and web promotions. We would like to keep membership and web promotions out of their sight.
Our membership staff in the museum use the ticketing module to sell memberships as well as tickets, so choosing Development in the Usage field in membership promotions is not an option – they need to see both ticket and membership promotions.
Nobody needs to see the web promotions in the ticketing module.
Any solutions or ideas for this?
You can control group the appeals that house the sources. Would that work for you?
