Group Sales report

I use the Attendance by Performance report and ‘Group by’ pricetype.  We use the ‘Group’ pricetype for those so it sorts them together to see the name and # of seats. It does not list the actual seat numbers. Would that work for you?

This follows on from my last post, but does anyone have report that can be filtered by a list to show group bookings in an easy to read format?

We currently use the seating book report filter by a list to give us information about any bookings over 10 seats but when they list  A1, A2, A3, A4, B1, B2, B3, B4, C1, C2, C3, C4 etc it is leading to errors when putting this data into a more easy read format in excel for FOH. Ideally we would like a report that lists A 1-4, B 1-4, C1-4 etc but we are not sure whether there is something out there that can do this or whether it is possible?

We use the report Group number by production. It’s a really good report. Not sure if you’ve got it?

Have you tried the report performance seating book new?

We want an easy way to find the name of booker and seat details for anyone booking 10 tickets or more for a performance so that our FOH team can have a list of the seats that group bookers have so they don't need to go through piles of tickets to find out which seats they should be in. At the moment we are using list manager and pulling a list by 'performance code' and 'seats by price type' >= 10

We then use info from this and use the performance seating book report filtered by the list. This however then lists every single seat in a not very easy to read format so we are having to put the resulting data into an Excel spreadsheet and manually convert the data into something usable eg

Row A seat 1

Row A seat 2

Row A seat 3

will become A 1-3 etc
