Hi Tessiturians!
So crazy as it seems, we have had people book tickets, choose venue collect then on the night not show up to collect their tickets. I know i know......crazy! But it happens everywhere right?
So my question to you folk out there is do you record the uncollected tickets and if so where/how?
I was thinking a CSI – We could track the follow up to it – i mean i think it would be good to know maybe why someone didn’t come and get their tickets, what the reason was etc. Would also give an indication of those accounts that have maybe done this before (down the track that is)
If anyone would like to share their information that would be great.
I am thinking it is an area of Ticketing that we were unable to gather information on before hand and now with Tessitura we have the ability to follow up on matter like this.

We add a CSI to the account, which is in our Information Only category, and has an activity type of Uncollected Tickets.
We can then mark this against the Season and Performance and use it to track those people who book but never collect. It has proved very useful in tracking uncollected guest tickets for opening nights etc. Caryl
