Hi

I'm fairly new to Tess and we are looking for a quick and easy way to get a list/report of customers who have booked 10 or more tickets for a particular performance so that we can supply our Front of House team with the information. What's the easiest way to achieve this list/report?

    Chuck – I wonder if your Ticket Perf code is a custom list manager element for your organization because that is not an option I have.

    Try adding the Ticket Season to your list pull with the performance name and number of seats.  That will give you and extra bit of data to filter on as you pull the list.  I tried it with this seasons Nutcracker and got the desired results.

    That's odd - I use the operator "in" all of the time in conjunction with the "Ticket Production Name". 

    What about trying it this way:

    Ticket Perf Code in {the specific performance]

    Ticket Number of Seats >= 10

    Thanks Chuck, when I run this it won't let me use 'In' for the Production Name or Performance Name it will only let me use = but when I do that it pulls off a mixed selection of peole including some who have not booked for that performance but have booked 10 or more tickets in the past.

    We seem to have got a bit closer but are still not getting the data we are looking for - I am getting the people who have booked for that particular performance and who have booked 10 tickets or more however they have not necessarily booked 10 tickets for that performance just a performance at some point in the past. 

    We specifically need people who have booked for a particular show and for that show have booked 10 or more tickets so I think we are either missing a crucial piece of information from the list or we need to do it a different way.
