I'm fairly new to Tess and we are looking for a quick and easy way to get a list/report of customers who have booked 10 or more tickets for a particular performance so that we can supply our Front of House team with the information. What's the easiest way to achieve this list/report?

This is really easy in List Manager. Click "new list", expand the "ticketing" folder. Select ticket production name or ticket performance name with the operator "in" and select your particular performance. Then pull in "Tickets-Number of Seats" (also in the Ticketing folder) with the operator >= 10. Save and generate the list. You could then print this list using any number of reports in reports and utilities for the House Manager.

Thanks Chuck, when I run this it won't let me use 'In' for the Production Name or Performance Name it will only let me use = but when I do that it pulls off a mixed selection of peole including some who have not booked for that performance but have booked 10 or more tickets in the past.
That's odd - I use the operator "in" all of the time in conjunction with the "Ticket Production Name".
What about trying it this way:
Ticket Perf Code in {the specific performance]
Ticket Number of Seats >= 10
