We are looking at starting to use packages for a series of music concerts and just have a couple of questions before we start setting them up:
If you have sold tickets for a concert in a fixed seat package and you need to move a customer to alternative seats for one performance are you able to do this after the oiriginal order has been processed?
We would like to have a package for 12 concerts but also have some discounts for people buying 10-11 and 6-9 concerts as well so we are looking at using the minimum button when we set the package upso that we can allocate 12 and then delete the ones we don't wnat from the package - have others used this and how has it worked for you?
If you sell tickets for a fixed seat package we are assuming that when you select the seats for the customer it will auto apply those seats to every performance in the package - can you select a specific performance at this stage an sell different seats for one performance eg if they were bringing friends and the seats near to their usual seatswere not available?
