Has anyone had any success using Tessitura to manage their parking garage/lot? If not Tessitura, what other programs are organizations using? Why did you choose to go with that program? What parts do you really like, what parts do you wish were different? If you are able to speak on these matters would it be okay if I contact you?

We also sell Parking through Tessitura. We lease spaces from the University accross the road from us and we have a specific facility set up with the number of spaces that we have available to sell for each performance.
We then set up the performances in Tessitura for all the shows that we have parking available for, this means we can send sales report to the college if we need to, and we send them seating books on the day so they know who is coming in to their car park. We also post or HABO a voucher for the customer to collect that they present on the way out of the car park so that the college knows that they have paid.
