Has anyone had any success using Tessitura to manage their parking garage/lot? If not Tessitura, what other programs are organizations using? Why did you choose to go with that program? What parts do you really like, what parts do you wish were different? If you are able to speak on these matters would it be okay if I contact you?

We sell parking in Tessitura for two garages. One that is owned by the Kimmel Center and the other is a private garage with an automated entry/exit system. For the private garage we only sell a certain % of their total capacity. We’ve developed a real-time, web-based link between Tessitura and the garage’s access control system so whenever we sell a parking pass, the garage’s access control system recognizes the bar code we print on the parking pass and allows entry. For the Kimmel Center Garage we use printed passes and seating books. We’re in the process of expanding n-scan down into this garage.
