Hi,
We have decided we would like to print 2 credit card receipts for each order. I've changed the Campaigns>References to say 2 under the Copies on Save column. It's printing 2 when I authorize and then hit print without leaving the order, but it seems like it reverts to just one when I save the order without printing and then go back in. The documentation says:
Copies on Save – The number of receipt copies that will be printed when a ticket order is printed.
That seems like it should print 2 as long as your tickets weren't previously printed, including batch printing.
Am I misinterpreting something or is this a glitch?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We find that once an order has been saved, in order to print a receipt you have to uncheck the current only box in the print menu. I think you also have to check the default radial button to get two and that all will only print one for some reason. (We also print 2 receipts.) I’m not entirely sure of the reason why but I think it has something to do with the fact that once the order has been saved and you go back into the order, the current session is not the one where you processed the payment.

I have the same set up in Campaigns-References, and always get 2 copies, even for a second request by 'unclicking the "current only' button.
