We have had some issues with our PAH tickets on iPads and iPhones. Our template and barcodes can be viewed, but all other ticket data is blank. We don't have any issues with mac computers, just these devices.
Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix?

We also had this issue with previews from Outlook on a desktop PC and actual;y had several blank tickets given to ushers. Saving the file, to dropbox, etc, on an ipad seems to help.
