Anyone working with Score Big? If so, I'd love to know how your experience with them has been. We're considering starting a relationship with them here at ATTPAC.
Thanks in advance!!
Hi Jennifer,
We are using Score Big for the first time this year and we are still feeling it out. Aside from them being a lovely group of people to work with, they are well informed and seem to have their act together.
From what we have seen in Boston, Score Big seems to be doing very well with selling sports tickets up here, but we’ve yet to see a big increase in sales for performing arts.
This year, they are selling tickets that already have a high demand through our regular box office, so we haven’t given them that much inventory to work with.
We have a 2 year contract with them, so we are interested in seeing how this year ends and what we will do to for next year.
Let me know if you have any specific questions.
Thanks,
Tiffany Evans

Tiffany,
Do you have any update to share on this? Score Big approached us as well and we passed on it. They have an interesting concept, but (among other reasons) we have found that most third party vendors don't move "unsold" inventory; they move inventory at a discount, but not necessarily inventory that would go unsold.
I was surprised to see Tessitura has a relationship with them now.
