I have a rule-based single ticket fee that is being added to a subscription order when I do a ticket return but the fee is clearly set to only be applied on Sale. (Ticket Transaction Type: Sale).
I'm kind of stumped. Any suggestions?Thanks,Dale

We had a fee that was clearly set up one way but behaving another and in the end we just created a second version - identical in all but name - and used that one instead!
