I was wondering if you have managed to get a MAC to print tessitura tickets. We have been trying with one of our consoritum partners connecting through terminal services but had no chance! If have managed this feat would be great to hear how you managed this

Hi Nick,
Not sure if this is the same issue, but we've had issues with our Mac patrons trying to print the pdf tickets and have found that there are some issues when viewing the tickets with MAC Preview - we tell them to install Adobe and that seems to clear up the problem.
We're doing some research to see if there is a way to use Mac Preview, but haven't had the time to do much investigating.
